Every year I'd shelve my 'little black book' - maybe one day I'd open a deli....

Being a retail buyer gave me a great deal of experience and I decided to go alone and opened my company nine years ago specialising in sales, marketing and distribution to the hospitality industry.John and I needed somewhere to relax and so one day stumbled across Pringle Bay. We acquired our 'sanctuary by the sea' for me to relax and for John to indulge his love of nature.

One thing lead to another and with the help of my 'little black book' I opened Lemon & Lime.

I wanted to create a fresh space where one could meander and enjoy a food experience complimented with fine wines and bubblies.
